Not your average neighborhood "kickboxing" class. We take your cardio and fitness to the next level!
Our CROSS HIIT class is 30 minutes of Combat/bootcamp style training added to the cardio mix.
We also throw in stretching, plyometrics and core work. With dynamic music and exercise, you wil burn fat and achieve a whole different level of confidence.
This class is for men and women, age 15 to Senior Citizen. All levels of fitness are welcome, we work with you to slowly get you to your own personal best
We have a great group of students, cheering each other on when it gets tough, no intimidation here!

CROSS HIIT is included at no charge for students enrolled in Senka Te, Muay Thai and Swarm.
